• Payment is required to secure your spot on our calendar.
  • Payment is required at least 24 hours prior to delivery of signs.
  • Our delivery time frame is from 8:00pm – 6:00am the evening before your booking date, and will be picked up starting at dusk or 9:00pm of your booking date, unless additional days have been purchased or otherwise arranged.
  • Holidays may change hours, but pick up will always be in the evening. Installation might be done early.
  • We will not be able to deliver safely if there is lightning or severe, hazardous weather or winds. If we are unable to set up your greeting because of extreme weather, you will receive a full refund.
  • All signs are property of Celebrate Your Day LLC, and you (the renter) are responsible for any damage. Damage will be charged at the replacement value (starting at $20/item) and a detailed invoice will be sent itemizing the charges for replacement inventory.
  • There is an opportunity to pick your sign placement. If no placement has been discussed, then we will place the greeting in an area that is the best for the landscaping and easiest to install. Your ideas of placement can be addressed by 7pm the evening of placement. To make sure we provide you with the best way to Celebrate Your Day please provide a picture of your space.
  • All yard work needs to be done prior to installation. You (the renter) is responsible for any damage to our displays as a result of yard work or landscaping during your rental. If there is any evidence that yardwork has occurred during the time of the rental, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged upon pickup, in addition to the replacement value of any damaged display pieces.
  • Lawn displays are intended to be installed in traditional lawn (this is defined as grass and soil). If the sign cannot be installed due to an unwatered, unprepared, or no lawn there will be a 50% refund the following day. We promise to make every attempt to install the sign
  • If you do not have a traditional lawn, you’re in luck! We provide a stand that can go in gravel or cement (as long as it’s available)! If so, just add an extra $15. There will be a fee of $50 to replace the stand if it’s broken, in addition to the cost of any broken signs. You will receive a detailed invoice if this occurs.
  • Please DO NOT MOVE OR REMOVE our signs from your lawn for any reason. If they need to be taken down early, please specify in your booking notes and we will accommodate. If it is noticeable that the display was moved, there will be a $50 moving fee in addition to any damages incurred to the display pieces or stakes that will be charged upon pickup. You will receive a detailed invoice.
  • We frequently use photos of our work for social media and our webpage, either taken by us or provided by the customer (either sending it to us or tagging us on social media). Please let us know if you wish any photos of your rental not to be posted publicly.
  • There will be a small ad sign placed in your yard during the time of your rental. Please do not remove it. We will place the sign away from your celebration sign!
  • You are responsible for damaged or missing ad signs.
  • If you must cancel your greeting rental, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a 50% refund. You may otherwise choose to have your full payment credited to a future booking.
  • Celebrate Your Day LLC is not liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person during use or property due to setup or removal.
